Group Therapy

Group therapy is a form of psychotherapy that utilizes personal interaction with people who have shared experiences to help each individual process, cope, and grow. Group counseling is offered for clients with similar issues and needs to discuss ways to incorporate healthy decisions, coping mechanism, and behavior modifications. Group therapy can be effective as most people can connect better with others who have had like experiences. Group therapy consist of a minimum of three people and a maximum of ten, a trained group facilitator is will conduct group sessions
